Shipping Policy:
We aim to make your Captain Coast experience seamless from start to finish. Here’s what to expect with shipping:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Shipping Times: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days within Canada and the U.S. International delivery times vary by region, and rates are calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.
Returns Policy:
We want you to love your Captain Coast products. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied, please review our returns policy:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to health regulations, opened skincare items are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at captaincoastinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
