2. Are Captain Coast products cruelty-free?
Yes, Captain Coast is committed to being 100% cruelty-free. Our products are never tested on animals.
3. How do I use Captain Coast products?
Each product has specific instructions on the label and product page. Generally, we recommend using our skincare products as part of a daily routine for the best results. Cleanse, apply serums, moisturize, and finish with sunscreen if applying in the morning.
4. What are the ingredients in your products?
We prioritize quality, skin-friendly ingredients. A full ingredient list is provided on each product page for transparency and to accommodate any potential allergies or sensitivities.
5. Where do you ship to, and how long does shipping take?
We currently ship within Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–10 business days within Canada and the U.S. International shipping times may vary.
6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $50 within Canada and the U.S. For orders under this amount, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
7. Can I return a product if it doesn’t work for me?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare items for hygiene reasons. For more details.
8. What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! Please contact us at captaincoast@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Do you offer samples?
We don’t currently offer samples, but you can try our smaller-sized products to test if they suit your skin. Check back often, as we may introduce sample packs in the future!
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order through on our website.
11. Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once the order is processed, changes may not be possible.
